Martin's Tire & Auto Service has been a family owned local business in Lindsay since 1990.
The company has been under new ownership and management since Sep 1, 2014. David Martin and his wife, Naicee, purchased the business in Aug 2014. Their goal was to continue the business within the family name, retain current loyal customers as well as build and increase the customer base by providing the best service possible to the people of Lindsay and its surrounding areas.
Past History
The business was established by Bill Martin when it first opened behind the old Merle Stone Dealership in 1990. After several years of business from that location, business increased and triggered the need for expansion of its facility. A new shop was built and opened in 2005 at its current location on Lindmore Street, next to the railroad tracks. Bill and his wife Dorothy owned and operated the business since it originally opened.
